  • Nope! Just enter and head toward the Vision Center and you will see our office. Laura, our experienced Operations Manager and Lead Technician, will be there to greet you and sign you in for your exam!

  • It is important to bring in your latest prescription (if you have it), any and all corrective lenses that you currently have (including back ups, readers, sunglasses) as well as any contact lens information. Your vision history will help the doctor discuss any changes to your vision.

  • Yes you can! We will have a case and solution ready for you.

  • Of course! You will be given a physical copy along with an emailed version.

  • We recommend having a routine eye exam every year. It is important to monitor your eye health on a regular basis for early detection of any eye diseases or conditions.

Office Policies

  • Late Arrival Policy

    • We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be canceled.

    Noshow/Cancellation fee

    • Repeated missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a no-show fee at the doctor’s discretion. If applied, the fee must be acknowledged and paid before scheduling or receiving further care.

    Refund Policy

    • No refunds are offered for services that have already been rendered. If you have concerns with your glasses or contacts, we’re happy to re-evaluate your prescription at no additional charge within 90 days. After this period, a new comprehensive examination will be required and billed accordingly.

    Contact Policy

    • A contact lens fitting is required to obtain a valid prescription, regardless of prior lens use.

    • Follow-up visits related to contact lens fittings are included for 90 days following your initial examination. This policy also covers any necessary adjustments to your contact lens prescription. After the 90-day period, a new comprehensive eye exam will be required and billed accordingly.

    Trial Contact Lens Policy

    • Trial contact lenses are provided solely for fitting and evaluation purposes. In accordance with regulatory guidelines, they are not for sale and will not be distributed for general use.

    Prescription Expiration Policy

    • We are unable to extend prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses once they have expired.
